Spikes in dZ/dt
Hi again
We discovered some sort of spikes in the dZ/dt channel:
We also noticed a sort of wishbone like periodic repetitive signal in the raw motility channels:
Do you have any idea what could be the problem?
Regards,
AMS user

Re: Spikes in dZ/dt
Please see the temporary solution below:
The hardware problem is a connector inside the device is not gold plated and has to be replaced. If you can’t miss the device you can postpone our repair by dropping the VU-AMS device from about 20cm on a hard surface like a desk without any connectors attached (I’m not joking). This will make the connector move a little and clean the contact (for a while). This also explains why the problem might seem to disappear sometimes if you would be looking at previously recorded data.
Best,
Jarik
