Device beeps with electrodes on the right places
Dear VU-AMS team,
our device does some unexplainable things these days. Though all electrodes stick on their correct places and are well attached to the skin, the device starts beeping after a few seconds and shows a flat line and high spikes in the online graph for dz/dt (see pictures attached).
Even after re-attaching all ICG electrodes, there seems to be no change in the dz/dt online graph.
Is there another solution or a problem with the device that we missed?
We are using the VU-AMS device for a few years now and it's the first time getting these strange warning signals.
See pictures attached for details in online graph during measurement and "inspect data" tab after measurement.
Regards,
Yasemin

Re: Device beeps with electrodes on the right places
Dear Yasemin,
This is most likely hardware problem. You will probably have to send the VU-AMS device and the cables to us for repair. Please contact us via vu-ams@psy.vu.nl so we can arrange a repair if necessary.
Best,
Jarik
